Alison Lamphear, DDS, FAGD, worked in the private sector for years before starting her career with the Department of Justice. She found her passion in the challenges of treating medically and mentally compromised incarcerated patients as the Chief Dental Officer at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisons. She is a problem solver, a visionary, and a founding member of OMNI.
